HISTORY
Guardian Healthcare was founded in 1979 in Fort Worth, Texas. Guardian has affiliated with home health agencies throughout
Texas, Ohio, and Oklahoma, to become a premier home healthcare provider.

Steven
Boyd
CEO
Steven Boyd is Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Healthcare.
Previously, Mr. Boyd was CEO of OrthoRx, a national orthopedic
Durable Medical Equipment (DME) management company. Prior to
joining OrthoRx, he served as President and Chief Financial
Officer of Magella
Healthcare, a national group practice of neonatology physicians,
as well as Vice President of Operations at Lincare, a publicly
traded national home respiratory company. Mr. Boyd has over
25 years of experience in the healthcare services industry
and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Taylor
University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

Randy J. Edmundson
COO
Randy Edmundson is Chief Operating Officer of Guardian Healthcare. Previously, Mr. Edmundson held various management positions with United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a national operator of ambulatory surgery centers and short stay surgical hospitals. Prior to joining USPI, he worked for Magella Healthcare, a national group of neonatology physicians. He started his career at KPMG, a public accounting firm. Mr. Edmundson has over 11 years of experience in the healthcare services industry and holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

William Edwards is Chief Clinical & Quality Officer for Guardian Healthcare.
Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Clinical
Officer for Intrepid U.S.A., Inc., Vice President and Chief
Clinical Officer for Housecall Medical Resources, Inc., Divisional
Vice President for TBN of Tennessee, Inc., President and Chief
Operating Officer for Medshares, Inc., and Senior Executive
Vice President and Chief Medical Services Officer for ABC Home
Health Services, Inc. Mr. Edwards has over 30 years of experience
in the healthcare industry. He has a master's degree in Business
Administration from Kennedy-Western University and received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University
of Georgia. Mr. Edwards is a Registered Nurse and received
his Nursing Diploma from the Medical Center of Central Georgia
School of Nursing. |

Doug
Cannon
CFO
Doug Cannon is Chief Financial Officer for Guardian Healthcare.
He was previously CFO of Odyssey HealthCare in Dallas, the
second largest hospice provider in the U.S. Mr. Cannon joined
Odyssey in its infancy and continued through the company's
initial public offering. During his tenure, the company grew
to $400 million in revenue with operations in 30 states. Mr.
Cannon has also served as Chief Financial Officer for Cornerstone
Health Management, which operates long-term acute care hospitals
and provides management services to hospitals for specialty
geriatric programs. He has over 18 years of experience in the
healthcare industry and graduated from Southern Methodist University
with a BBA. |
